AVIBRAS has made significant progress in its restructuring process, with two important milestones achieved this week that contribute to enabling the resumption of its operations.
On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo ruled on the appeals filed against the approval of the company’s Judicial Reorganization Plan. By unanimous decision, the judges rejected the appeals and upheld the approval of the plan in its entirety, previously approved by 99.2% of the creditors present at the General Assembly.
With this decision, the Judicial Reorganization Plan remains valid, allowing the company to proceed with the implementation of the measures foreseen in its restructuring process.
Another advance occurred on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, when workers approved, in an assembly held at the headquarters of the Metalworkers Union of São José dos Campos, the proposal presented by the company for the settlement of labor debts. With the approval, the strike that began in September 2022 was ended.
The two results meet precedent conditions considered fundamental to enabling the company’s restructuring process and the gradual resumption of its activities.
The company continues in the transition phase, which includes the necessary preparations for the reestablishment of its operations. It also remains committed to implementing the Judicial Recovery Plan and building a new cycle for the company, focusing on the continuity of its operations and strengthening its performance in the defense and aerospace sectors. In a decisive assembly, the workers of AVIBRAS Aerospace Industry, located in Jacareí, approved, on Wednesday (March 11, 2026), the proposal for payment of the company’s accumulated labor debt. With the approval, the activities of the country’s main arms industry should resume in April, after three years without continuous production.
